Eight years.
That's how long Stevie worked at The Halfmoon, and for
seven of those he ran our weekly unplugged nights. He started
with The Acoustic Session, then created Halfmoon Unplugged,
the latest incarnation of the nights that have been running
in one form or another since the early 1960s.
As well as being an excellent guitarist and sound engineer,
Stevie is passionate about music and showcasing some of
the best songwriting talent around. He helped develop Halfmoon
Unplugged into one of the best and most well respected acoustic
nights anywhere.
Still, all good things must come to an end, and Stevie
is leaving us to concentrate on his sound engineering (for
The Wonder Stuff and Boy George, among others) and his band
Bassboosa.
We're going to miss him.
