Italian-born Ezio and Mark 'Booga' Fowell, hailing from Cambridge, have developed their own sensitive style, a mixture of rock and folk full of gorgeous acoustic melodies and intelligent lyrics. They have been forerunners in the "acoustic" music scene for nearly two decades.
Since the early 90s Ezio have gigged, made albums, been signed numerous times, been dropped nearly as many, travelled all over the world, more gigs, fired managers, been rich, been broke, been chubby, and thinner, then chubbier, had rave reviews, been blessed with faint criticism.
They have built up large and loyal followings at home and abroad, frequently described as “easily one of Britain’s best live bands”, with their last album, "10,000 Bars" getting 4/5 reviews in such disparate publications as "The Sun" & "Maverick Magazine".
So do you survive so long in such a cut throat, fickle, fashion driven business? See an Ezio show, visit the website & check out their new album (Title T.B.C) & the answer might be there
'Marc O'Reilly is set to break huge in 2012, his debut album 'My Friend Marx' was a favourite amongst many of last year's end of year list compilers. Its a beautiful recorded album which scarcely puts a foot out of place'..........Hot Press Magazine
'We believe 2012 will see Marc do what Villagers, James Vincent McMorrow and Lisa Hannigan have done and that is to make it internationally. His debut album ‘My Friend Marx’ is a wonderful collection of meaningful songs which are beautifully sung...... 2UIBestow Music
